General Description
A world famous powerful beachbreak in Florianopolis. The left hand wave here is the best and most popular. The consistency of the wave adds to it's popularity.
This beach has been a favoured site for both local and ASP surfing competitions for the last 25 years. At the time of writing this, Brazilian surfer Gabriel Medina has just claimed the 2013 Men's ASP World Junior Title by winning the HD World Junior Championships held here.
