The purpose of this course is to provide learning experiences that will lead to the development of basic to advance skills, rules and regulations, officiating
and conducting/managing tournaments. It also teaches the values of patience, perseverance, diligence, humility, honesty, self-confidence, courage,
modesty, camaraderie and sportsmanship. The exercise program intends to complement your daily routine or future career and to promote lifelong

3. Demonstrate the importance and benefits of sports in our daily life.

C. Practical Skills

1. Work Efficiency in a group.
2. Perform the basic skills and Rules and Regulation in Volleyball, Basketball and Softball/Baseball.
3. Demonstrate the skills learned through competition.

Students shall expect to:


1. Report to class regularly;
2. Attend the class equipped with the materials and appropriate electronic gadget for the course;
3. Enter the virtual classroom using complete name and leave with utmost respect to instructor and classmates;
4. Submit requirements on time;
5. Read the assigned materials before coming to class and bring thoughtful questions for discussion;
6. Not commit any form of dishonesty including, but not limited to, cheating and plagiarism; and
7. Respect each other’s opinions.

Grading Scale:
The numerical ranges for each number grade are as follow:
