 We know! Basta pagpasok ng Bermonths ang isip agad natin is Christmas right? Pinaghahandaan
natin ang Pasko yung iba may Christmas light na agad! May Christmas tree.
 Ang isip isip natin yung December 25 is araw nang Pasko araw ng Panginoon! Sa buong mundo
pinag-uusapan ang Christmas is pag-aalala na kung saan pinanganak ang Panginoon! (yung
December 25) ay hindi naman talaga ito yung araw na pinanganak si Jesus okay wala namang
sinabi ang biblya
 And this coming December 19 ( Christmas party ng Bata)
 December 22 Christmas party ng Youth
 December 24 we have Christmas Party! (ntbc matalatala)
 Sa lahat ng Christmas Party or ang Christmas, isa lang ang dahilan kung bakit natin pinagdiriwang
ito. Dahil tayo ay nagdiriwang dahil yung Diyos na Dumating sa Lupa 2000 years ago siya yung
pinagdiriwang natin ngayong kapaskuhan!

At sa buwan ng December pag-uusapan natin ang Pagiging tao ni Christ.

-sino dito yung nauuhaw?

Sino dito yung umiiyak?

Sino dito yung natetemp?

Bakit nangyayari sa atin yon? Kasi tayo po ay mga tao.

Theme: The Humanity of Christ.

 Ano ang impact sayo ng malaman mo si Jesus ay tao? Ikaw ba ay nagumilihanan? Or ikaw ba ay
nasisiyahan?
 Do you believe that Jesus is fully human?
 Maraming theologians ang nagkakagulo dahil sa pagkatao ng ating Panginoon.
 Maraming theologians ang nagsasabi na ang Panginoon ay tao lamang Hindi siya Diyos. dahil siya
ay pinanganak kay mary, si mary ay tao. Kaya si Jesus ay tao rin!
 Maraming namang nagsasabi na si Jesus Ay Diyos lamang! Hindi siya naging tao. Kasi hindi siya
pwedeng maging tao kasi Diyos! sya ang tao ay makasalanan!
 “hypostatic Union” the hypostatic union teaches that Jesus is both fully Human and fully Divine.

And this morning we talk about “The Virgin Birth”

 Sino yung babaeng Birhen? (Mary)

 Sino yung pinanganak ng babaeng birhen? (Jesus)

Mateo 1:18-23
 This passage talks about the birth of Christ.
Titignan ngayong umaga kung ano yung mga mahahalagaang katotohanan patungkol sa kanyang
kapanganakan.

I. Christ was born as a human and divine V18-20

This is how the birth of Jesus the Messiah came about: His mother Mary was pledged to be
married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be pregnant through the
Holy Spirit. 19 Because Joseph her husband was faithful to the law, and yet [b] did not want to
expose her to public disgrace, he had in mind to divorce her quietly. 20 But after he had considered
this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, “Joseph son of David, do not be
afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy
Spirit.

 Si Cristo ay pinanganak na Tao at Diyos.

 100 percent!

 Do you believe that Jesus is fully human and fully Divine?

 Because other people do not believe that God is fully divine! Kasi ang kanilang thinking hindi
pwede magsama ang good and evil.
1. Matter is Evil.
2. Spirit is Good.
 Sa kanilang isipan hindi pwedeng magsama yon ang good and evil that’s right! Hindi talaga
pwedeng magsama yun, but yung katawan, yung flesh ni Jesus is not Evil,
 He is Son of God!
 Jesus was born a woman, He was a human being; but as the Son of God, Jesus was born without
any trace of human sin!
 Jesus is both fully human and fully divine! (Malinaw po bai yon?)
Do you believe that Jesus is Fully human and fully divine?
1. We must believe that Jesus is fully Human.
2. We must believe that Jesus is fully Divine.

II. Christ was born to save all people. V.21

21 She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus because he will save his people
from their sins.”

 Si Cristo ay pinanganak upang iligtas ang mga tao.

 Bakit niya kailangan maging tao! Kasi ang kanyang naisin ay iligtas tayong mga tao!
 Hindi lang siya basta pinanganak lang! para bumisita sa lupa,
 kaya siya pinanganak upang iligtas tayo!
 ako po habang tumatanda hindi kona feel yung manghihingi ng pera sa mga ninong at ninang
siguro dahil sa katandaan but isang bagay na feel ko or naapreciate ko ang Panginoon when the
 times na makakakita ako ng baby Jesus ang laging natakbo sa isipan ko ay yung bata nayun ay
lumaki at pinako sa krus para sa akin kasalanan!
 Do you appreciate Jesus?
 As we celebrate Christmas, pasalamatan ang Panginoon! sa kanyang kabutihan sa ating mga
buhay! Tayo ay kanyang niligtas mula sa kasalanan!

III. Christ was born to fulfill the promise of the LORD. V.22-23

22 All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet: 23 “The virgin will conceive
and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel (which means “God with us”).

ISAIAH 7:14 (NIV)

14 Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and
will call him Immanuel.

 SI Cristo ay pinanganak upang maisakatuparan ang Pangako ng Diyos!



APPLICATION:

1. We must believe that Jesus is fully Human and Divine.

2. We must thank God for saving us.

3. We must praise God because he is faithful to his promises.
