TOPIC: GNSIE AS THE ALPHABET OF Inclusive Instructional Delivery
OBJECTIVES: (1) Recall understanding of the learners’ gender, needs,
strengths, interests and experiences;
(2) Identify differentiated strategies that address learners’ gender and needs
and consider learners’ strengths, interests, and experiences;
(3) Discuss the process of evaluating differentiated strategies that address
learners’ gender and needs and consider learners strengths, interest and
experiences;
SUMMARY OF THE TOPIC:
Sir. Alex starts his talk in an activity that focuses in You matter Hue
matters analysis”. He gives a piece of paper to the participants and after
answering the activity he flashes the question on the monitor What are your
strategies in getting to know your student? As a teacher, why is it important to
know your learners and their learning styles? How does the understanding of
your learners help you in your current practices? then he proceeded to the
lecture proper. He discussed and explained the Differentiated Learning styles
like visual, auditory Reading and writing, kinesthetic, verbal, Logical, social and
solitary
.
REFLECTION:
As discussed by Mr. Landoy I learned to understand that Inclusive
instructional delivery starts with a growth mindset that views all students as
capable of learning and growing. Teachers with a growth mindset believe that
their students can improve and develop their abilities with effort and
perseverance.

and he mastered his topic.
Next Course of Action:
For the coming next Quarter, I will apply this Inclusive instructional delivery
to use a variety of teaching strategies, activities, and assignments that will
accommodate the needs of students with diverse learning needs, abilities,
backgrounds and experiences.
