Proposal for 24 Data Science Workshop

Technology Club is planning to organize a 2-day Data Science Workshop in the 1st week of
August, for the School of Technology. It is a hands-on workshop from the top expertise.

Rules and Regulations: -

1. The entry fee will be Rs.100/- per participant (Depends on the amount that needs to be
given to the speaker).
2. Every student must bring their laptops. Any installations, it would be informed later.

VENUE: -

1. We would like to conduct the event in LT-1.


2. An uninterrupted Wi-Fi network is mandatory in the venue.

Requirements:
1. We request to provide accommodation to the guests and keynote speakers (internal or
external members) who come for delivering in the session. (**Hostel Team)
2. Since we are collecting the entry fee from the participants, we want the finance
department to create a QR code and handle the finances. (**Finance Team)
3. We request the transportation team for sending vehicle to pick up the speakers.
(**Transportation Team)
