Futsal is a variant of football that is played on a smaller field and mainly played indoors.

It can be
considered a version of five-a-side football. Futsal is a game played between two teams of five players
each, one of whom is the goalkeeper. Unlimited substitutions are permitted. A football match lasts 40
minutes and is divided into two halves of 20 minutes each, stopping the clock each time the ball is out of
play.
FutsaL started in 1930 when Juan Carlos Ceriani Gravier, a teacher in Montevideo, Uruguay, created a
version of indoor football for recreation in YMCA. This new sport was originally developed for playing on
basketball courts, and a rule book was published in September 1933. It became quite popular there
after Uruguay won the1930 World Cup.
The best thing to do when you start playing futsal is sign in a small team and train a lot to go practicing,
and when you have improved and have grown up playing you have to sign for better team.
In futsal you have to wear the same equipment of futbol: football shorts, sport t-shirt and football socks,
but the boots have to be flat sole for the surface.
Finally, if you enjoy playing futsal you have to play it.

Lacrosse
Lacrosse is an old sport that involves much violence, in spain it isnt so known
in Spain but in U.S.A the people play so much.
Lacrosse has its origins in a tribal game played by eastern Woodlands Native
Americans and by some Plains Indians tribes in what is now Canada. The game
was extensively modified by European immigrants to North America to create its
current collegiate and professional form. There were hundreds of native men
playing a ball game with sticks. The game began with the ball being tossed into
the air and the two sides rushing to catch it. Because of the large number of
players involved, these games generally tended to involve a huge mob of players
swarming the ball and slowly moving across the field. Passing the ball was
thought of as a trick, and it was seen as cowardly to dodge an opponent.
The better thing to take up lacrosse is hitting the wall with the ball, probably if you
are always hitting the wall with the ball and then you go to a match, you wont
win, but for start playing, its so good. After a few days hitting the wall with the
ball and a stick, you can go to watch a match, and then you can practise with your
friends. You must be careful because the rivals can push you or something
similar.
After practise with you friends, you can sign up in an official team with a coach.
Then you will do some matches and if all is ok you can go to a tourney and spend
the day playing lacrosse.

If you want to play lacrosse you will need, a lacrosse helmet, a lacrosse ball, a
lacrosse stick, a lacrosse cleats and protection. And obviously if you want to play
a match or practise the sport with friends or your team, you need as field.
If you enjoy team sports and do sports your sport is lacrosse.
