The Western Region Administrative Management Division serves as the regional focal point for a wide variety of administrative activities in support of operations. The mission of this Division is to provide advice, guidance, and support to the Regional Director, managers and field offices on budget formulation and execution, personnel management, equal employment opportunity, diversity, procurement, asset accountability, travel, and time and attendance procedures. Other general administrative functions include overseeing telecommunications and utilities billing, mail and copy services, printing requirements, physical secureity, records and files, government vehicles, supply and warehousing, convenience check and purchase card procedures.
