result slip/certificate and national Ids for
those 16 yrs and above
U/20 Born 01-01-2006 or later 24/06/25 18/07/25 24-25/07/25
BOYS AND All under 16 years to have original grade 7 MASVINGO
GIRLS result slip/certificate and national Ids for
those 16 yrs and above
U/15 Born 01-01-2010 or later 19/09/25 26/09/25 02-03/10/25
BOYS AND NB: All to have original grade 7 results. MANICALAND
GIRLS

Documents for ALL age groups


1. All players below 16 years should have an original Grade 7 result/certificate
2. A clean original long birth certificate and ALL players 16 years and above should be in possession of national identity
cards.
3. A laminated school identity card obtained not later than 31st May, stamped and signed by school head.
NB: NO SCANNED SIGNATURES AND DATE STAMPS
4. A clear A4 team photograph with names of all 20 players, head coach, assistant coach, team manager, medic and
school head written in a manner that can be easy to identify anyone on the photograph. The team photograph must be
stamped and signed at the back by the Head, District Head in Charge and the Provincial Head on the respective dates of
competition at each level. Teams will use the same photo up to national level. A photo paper to be used instead of bond
paper
5. A typed team list of 20 players with the full names of each player, under the headings: Surname, First names, birth
entry number or and national identity number, form and the Head's signature against each player. The team list must
also have full names of team officials, their employment code numbers and contact numbers. The Head, District HIC and
Provincial HIC should stamp and sign the team list on the respective dates of the competition
6. A signed copy of the General NASH rules and regulations for all teams as confirmation of having read and
understood the rules
NB: A PASSPORT IS NOT REQUIRED FOR VETTING PURPOSES. ONLY THOSE SELECTED TO PARTICIPATE IN
INTERNATIONAL TOURNAMENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PRODUCE THE PASSPORTS.
NO ALTERATIONS WILL BE ACCEPETED ON THE TEAM LIST.
NB All teams are expected to comply with the above requirements failure of which they would not be allowed to
participate in the competitions.
RULES AND REGULATIONS OF NASH ORGANISED TOURNAMENTS WILL APPLY TO ALL FOOTBALL
TOURNAMENTS.
