All players can enter the goal areas, however only the goalkeeper can handle the ball with his hands in this area. The goalkeeper may not handle the ball with his hands in this area if it is played to him by a teammate. A goal may be scored from any point within the field of play, except directly from kick-offs, kick-ins and indirect free-kicks. No slide tackles are allowed. The goalkeeper may throw the ball anywhere once it is in their possession. This includes over arm throws and throws past the half way mark. Foul or abusive language will not be tolerated and any offending player will be cautioned. Substitutes must stand outside the pitch perimeter and spectators must not enter the field of play under any circumstances. DIFFERENCES If the ball touches the netting, play will continue in order to keep the fast pace of the game unless the referee deems it to be deliberate. Then an indirect free kick will be awarded against the last player to touch the ball before it hits the net. This does not apply to the goalkeeper if the ball hits the net in the act of making a save. Teams are allowed to pass back to the goalkeepers feet before the ball has crossed the halfway line or touched an opponent in order to keep the social aspect of the game. MISC. Teams will receive 3 points for a win, 1 for a draw and 0 for a loss. Group placing will be decided by points, followed by goal difference, followed by goals scored, followed by the result between the two teams in question. A coin toss will be the last resort. A draw in the knockout stages will be decided by 5 penalty kicks by each team. If, after both teams have taken five kicks, both have scored the same number of goals, or have not scored any goals, kicks continue to be taken in the same order until one team has scored a goal more than the other from the same number of kicks A game cannot commence unless a team has a minimum of 3 players or more to begin the game. In the event of a forfeit/walkover, the team present will be recorded awarded a 3 0 win. The Tournament rules are not exhaustive and may be added to or amended at any time.
