FINAL EXAMINATION

Learning Task:

Rhythmic Gymnastics- Aerobics

Task Design:

Rhythmic Gymnastics combines dance and acrobatics with expressive movement and the
manipulation of apparatuses such as the wand, ball, hoops, ribbons, and ropes. This task intends
the students to develop movement competence and fitness through engagement in gymnastics
activities and some Aerobic movements.

Task Objectives:

1. Create a rhythmic gymnastics and Aerobic Dance routine.


2. Perform the routine with confidence, poise and grace.

Materials Needed:

● Smartphones or any available gadgets by the students


● Speaker
● Comfortable space in their home

Task Directions:

1. Students will individually create and perform rhythmic gymnastics routine.

2. Each student is given a minimum of two (2) minutes to a maximum of three (3)

minutes and thirty (30) seconds. ( You can choose any music its either the whole song

or a Remix.)

COSTUME: You can improvise a costume that will make your presentation more

presentable.

3. The routine must be recorded or filmed using any available gadgets available and must

be submitted on the scheduled date set by the instructor.

4. The routine should be composed of aerobic dance and gymnastics skills such as

locomotor and non-locomotor movements and basic position in gymnastics. Students

are going to use at least one (1) of any apparatuses stated in the PE 101 module.
5. Students must adhere to the assessment rubrics for proper guidance in grading.
