Greetings!

I am writing you this letter in reference with your unpaid loan in the
amount of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN THOUSAND
TWO HUNDRED PESOS which you obtained from me on May 24,
2014. Attached is the copy of the Contract of Loan.

Considering that your loan obligation has been overdue since June
2014, your total unpaid obligation and accrued legal interest is
computed as follows:

Accrued Interest from June 2014-February 2017
(P840,000.00x 10% = P8,400.00) x 33 months
P277,200.00
P1,117,200.00

Please be reminded that the BANK OF COMMERCE checks you have


issued in payment of your loan was DISHONORED by Banco De Oro-
Legazpi City-Rotonda Branch upon presentment for payment due to
DRAWN AGAINST INSUFFICIENT FUNDS and ACCOUNT
CLOSED.
