Lincoln Budasi (she/ her) hails from Mangilao, Guam and is part of Familian Pungco and Chino. Lincoln has a BS in Biochemistry and Literary Studies (English) from Beloit College in Beloit, Wisconsin, and a Masters of Public Health from The George Washington University in Washington, DC.
