Hamburg, Samuel, 1899-1976
Variant namesSam Hamburg emigrated from Russia to Palestine. After living there for a time, he emigrated to the U.S. and then settled in California. Once there, he became one of California's leading agricultural innovators and later an advisor to the state of Israel.
