This is the object ...See moreGeorge is a taxi driver who steals time from robbing the public to steal the affections of the house-maid of a rich inventor. The latter has a tube of liquid platinum which is supposed to be first aid for the lovelorn. This is the object of the crook's search. George, being caught in the house, quite naturally falls under suspicion. Yet there is justice in the world, for he is the agent through his taxi who overtakes and captures the thief. Through this heroism he naturally gains the forgiveness of the inventor and presumably has the run not only of the kitchen but the rest of the house. See less
