Winslow Homer
Winslow Homer (24 Februarii 1836–29 Septembris 1910) fuit pictor topiarius et fabricator notarum impressarum Americanus, pro mari in tabula picto notissimus. Existimatur unus ex optimis pictoribus in Civitatibus Foederatis saeculo undevicensimo, praestansque in arte Americana persona.
Homer, a se maximam partem doctus, cursum vitae illustratoris mercatorii coepit.[1] Deinde autem picturam oleariam suscepit et maiora opera produxit ex studio quorum proprietates sunt certa pondera et certae densitates quas per hoc artis medium adeptus est. Late pigmento aquatico laboravit, "oeuvre" liquidum et fecundum creans, praecipue suas ferias quasi in annales referens.[2][3]
