Gadus modo pil-pile[1] (Vasconice: Bakailaoa pil-pilean; Hispanice: Bacalao al pilpil) est alimentum Vasconicum, praecipuum Biscaiae et Ipuscoae, ex gado in salsamenta, oleo, et allio factum. Saepe gadus in olla fictili coquitur.

Gadus in oleo cum allio coquitur (nunquam frigitur), et nunquam pellis gadi in oleum immergamus. Tandem, ex gelatina gadi et oleo ius pil-pilis fit.
