My suggestions will be predictable for anyone who knows me:

• Is gastronomia really the mot juste here?
• Almodrote!
• Hordeata de anthalio

• A section (or more) on Spanish cuisine before the 19th century. Historical cuisine is always fun, but doubly so in Latin.
