This PR moves NumPy Internals to Under-the-hood Documentation for developers in accordance to the Diataxis framework. These docs are not suitable for NumPy Fundamentals because they are oriented towards developers and are not directly useful to users.
I have marked the old doc files as
:orphan:to preserve the links. Also, the array mapping functions are not there in the C-API currently so they do not create links in the doc yet but I'm working to add them!Looking forward to everyone's views on this!
