✅ Phase 1 Milestone Complete

This PR includes final updates to lock Phase 1:

  • Added run_tests.sh for Linux users
  • Finalized README.md with cross-platform setup instructions
  • Committed requirements.txt for dev environment setup
  • Updated pytest.ini to isolate tests to Phase 1
  • CI-ready, all 20 Phase 1 tests passing

This marks the official completion of Phase 1. Next step: Phase 2 roadmap.
