I started this page with help from . JWSchmidt, who turned it into a project page. Wikipedia has a page witht the same function, and as wikiversity expands rapidly, we will need one.

As far as I can tell, the original idea was for a "Wikiversity notice board". There are many notice boards on Wikipedia. I'm not sure where the "appeal board" name came from....there was Wikipedia:Board of Appeals. --JWSchmidt 04:17, 7 January 2007 (UTC)
