- Keep. Neither "unsourced" nor "abandoned" are reasons for deletion. It certainly looks like sources exist, and if the festival existed, it would surely be notable. StAnselm (talk) 18:54, 2 February 2016 (UTC)

- Did you even do a search? History, Religion and Culture of India calls it "the most widely observed cultural festival in West Bengal". There are, in fact, hundreds of GBooks hits. It certainly seems like WP:BEFORE has not been followed here. StAnselm (talk) 20:54, 2 February 2016 (UTC)

- Comment – The article creator SWASTIK 25 has been blocked as a sockmaster and has edited by proxy, so I would not be suprised if the IP's above belong to him as they have edited only this AfD or the same articles as SWASTIK 25. Qed237 (talk) 14:38, 8 February 2016 (UTC)
