Beginings

The early history, or the first 100 years, is covered very briefly compared to the later material. It is not sourced at all yet there is a substantive history The Great Oak, published in 1981 and an earlier Memooranda from a Note Book on the Yorkshire Penny Bank. I can enlarge the history. I have now added an extensive history section based on the two cited histories. I removed the original short section on "beginnings" not becasue of mistakes but becasue the short text could not be integrated into the substantially larger new sections.
