How to present links to church websites
[edit]At the moment in the article the presentation of links to church websites is somewhat inconsistent and not entirely transparent. There a list here including several more, which I wanted to include, but it's not clear to me how best to do it. Suggestions? SamuelTheGhost (talk) 10:49, 25 April 2010 (UTC)
Century dates
[edit]I won't revert over so small a point, of course, but I just wanted to point out that the MOS calls for "nth-century", when appearing as a compound adjective, to be hyphenated. (I'm also not sure this is a US/UK issue, since it seems to be the preferred form of the OED: [1]). You can see a recent doublecheck of this at Wikipedia_talk:Manual_of_Style/Dates_and_numbers#WP:ORDINAL, and the relevant policies at WP:HYPHEN and WP:ORDINAL. Cheers, and thanks for your work on this article! -- Khazar2 (talk) 22:29, 30 May 2013 (UTC)

[edit]External links modified
[edit]Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to one external link on Medieval parish churches of York. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}}
after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}}
to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/20090701092827/http://bellhistorians.org.uk:80/lost_york.htm to http://www.bellhistorians.org.uk/lost_york.htm
When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true to let others know.
