New paper indicates the causation for the end of the glaciation is in doubt: T. F. Bristow, et. al LeoBC (talk) 21:48, 7 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Inconsist information

On this page: Of these glaciations, the Marinoan was the most significant, whereas the Sturtian glaciation was a shorter, but still worldwide glaciation.

On Sturtian page:

the Sturtian glaciation being the longest one, lasting about 60 million years.
