Starla is a Philippine television drama fantasy series broadcast by ABS-CBN. Directed by Onat A. Diaz, Darnel Joy R. Villaflor and Jerome C. Pobocan, it stars Joel Torre, Jana Agoncillo, Enzo Pelojero, Judy Ann Santos, Meryll Soriano, Joem Bascon, and Raymart Santiago. It aired on the network's Primetime Bida line up and worldwide on TFC from October 7, 2019 to January 10, 2020, replacing The General’s Daughter and was replaced by Make It with You

Premise

Starla is a story about renewed hope, the warmth of home, love for the family, wishes that come true, and impeccable forgiveness.[1] It revolves around Buboy, a boy who discovers a wayward wishing star named Starla and uses her to save his town.

Reruns of Starla was aired on Yey! as weekend marathon from October 12, 2019 to January 11, 2020.

It also aired on Jeepney TV from May 16, 2020 to November 14, 2020; and from December 13, 2021 to February 4, 2022.

On June 4, 2020, it was announced that the show also had a rerun on the Kapamilya Channel from June 15, 2020 to November 29, 2020, and was replaced by Pinoy Big Brother: Connect.[7]

This show has been developed by Mga Anghel na Walang Langit, Princess Sarah, May Bukas Pa, Agua Bendita, Momay, Noah, Mutya, 100 Days to Heaven, Budoy, Ikaw ay Pag-Ibig, Dahil sa Pag-ibig, Lorenzo's Time, Juan dela Cruz, My Little Juan, Honesto, Nathaniel, My Super D, and My Dear Heart, due to genre of family, fantasy, inspirational values, and child-oriented drama series where Dreamscape Entertainment released these type of series since 2005. It was succeeded by Huwag Kang Mangamba.
