Hell House LLC: Lineage is an upcoming American found footage horror film written and directed by Stephen Cognetti. It serves as the fifth and final installment in the Hell House LLC franchise.[1]

[edit]In July 2024, a fifth installment titled Hell House LLC: Lineage was announced with a teaser trailer.[2] Filming began on October 29, 2024.[3][4]
Release
[edit]The film is set to release exclusively on Shudder in October 2025.[5]
