Walt Davis is the actor who played Vickers in the Original Series episodes, "The Gun on Ice Planet Zero, Part I" and "The Gun on Ice Planet Zero, Part I".
He also had three appearances on Star Trek as a therapist ("Dagger of the Mind"), a Romulan ("Balance of Terror"), and a Klingon ("Errand of Mercy") alongside John Colicos who played Kor.
