Speedy deletion

Hello, I noticed that this file was created for advertising purposes and qualifies for deletion under criterion G10. However, when I used Twinkle to request speedy deletion, the tool displayed the message: "Tagging page: The edit was disallowed by the edit filter: 'Protect page section headings'." @P. ĐĂNG: I have no idea what that error message means. My guess is that there is a bug with Twinkle. If it keeps happening, I recommend asking for help at Commons:Village pump/Technical. I've deleted the file. The Squirrel Conspiracy (talk) 07:18, 3 January 2025 (UTC)
