Living large and loving life, Po (Jack Black) realizes that he has a lot to learn if he's going to fulfill the next challenge from his beloved instructor (Dustin Hoffman). After reuniting with his long-lost father (Bryan Cranston), Po must transition from student to teacher and train a group of fun-loving, clumsy pandas to become martial-arts fighters. Together, the kung-fu brethren unite to take on the evil Kai (J.K. Simmons), a supernatural warrior who becomes stronger with each battle.

The biggest problem with “Kung Fu Panda 3” is tone: while the first two films WERE funny, the third film TRIES to be funny with too much hyperactivity and “gags” everywhere, saturating the viewers instead of making them laugh. Full review in Spanish.

While this is the weakest of the now four feature films, it does give Po his father and show his two fathers negotiating team parenting. Po must find his chi and fight jade zombies with the help of his biological father's panda village.

Such a great film! Honestly should be the REAL conclusion to the franchise. We didn’t need a fourth movie god damn it but oh well. If I had it my way, Kung fu Panda should’ve been a trilogy and this is the perfect way to end things up.
