In the brand-new NRDD episode "New Kid on the Block" (#223), the quads try to make friends with their new neighbor in order to get access to her cool treehouse, but soon discover that she is not what she seems! In the fantastic sneak peek, "The Treehouse", when a new kid moves in next door, the quads think they've finally found the ticket to get inside their neighbors' treehouse!
