Teresa Ghilarducci (born July 22, 1957) is an American scholar on labor and retirement issues. She has advocated for government to extend occupational retirement plan coverage to all workers. She published Rescuing Retirement (with Tony James) in 2018; the book makes the case for a Guaranteed Retirement Account that would supplement Social Security.
