- Le pont Sénégambie, pont de Farafenni ou pont de la délivrance en Gambie surplombe le fleuve Gambie. Il a été conçu pour faciliter le transport entre le nord et le sud du Sénégal régions séparées par la Gambie dans le cadre du désenclavement dans l’espace CEDEAO. La France avait commencé à le financer en 1971, mais les travaux n'ont commencé qu'en 2015 avec l'aide de la Banque africaine de développement. Il a été inauguré le 20 janvier 2019, les voitures ont pu l'emprunter le lendemain, et les poids lourds depuis juillet 2019. Il relie les villages gambiens de Farafenni et de Soma et facilite également, par la traversée de l'enclave gambienne, la circulation des personnes et des biens entre le nord et le sud du Sénégal en desservant notamment les régions de Sédhiou, Kolda et Ziguinchor en Casamance. Il permet de faire, par voie terrestre, les 450 km qui relient Dakar à Ziguinchor en moins de 8 heures. Il remplace des ferrys peu sûrs. (fr)
- Jembatan Senegambia, juga dikenal dengan sebutan Jembatan Trans-Gambia, adalah sebuah jembatan yang melintasi Sungai Gambia dan menghubungkan wilayah Gambia utara dan selatan. Jembatan ini juga menyediakan akses ke Provinsi Casamance yang terisolasi dari wilayah Senegal lainnya. Pembangunan jembatan ini sudah diusulkan dari tahun 1956, tetapi akibat masalah politik, pembangunan baru dimulai tahun 2015. Pembangunan ini didanai dari pinjaman sebesar $65 juta dari Bank Pembangunan Afrika, sementara sisa dananya berasal dari pemerintah Gambia. Pembangunannya dilancarkan oleh perusahaan Spanyol Isolux Corsán dan perusahaan Senegal Arezki Group. Jembatan ini terbuat dari beton dan dibuka untuk kendaraan ringan pada 21 Januari 2019. - The Senegambia bridge, also known as the Trans-Gambia Bridge, is a bridge in The Gambia that carries the Trans-Gambia Highway connecting northern and southern Gambia. It also provides access to the isolated Casamance province from the rest of Senegal. A bridge had been proposed for this location in 1956 but political considerations delayed construction which finally began in 2015. Construction was funded largely by a loan of US$ 65 million from the African Development Bank, with remaining funding coming from the Gambian government. Construction works were carried out by a joint venture of Spanish company Isolux Corsán and the Senegalese . The bridge, made from reinforced concrete, opened to light vehicles on 21 January 2019. At 1.9 kilometres (1.2 mi) in length it is one of West Africa's longest bridges and includes a 100-metre-wide (110 yd) central span to facilitate continued use of the river by boats. The Senegambia bridge forms part of the Trans-Gambia Highway and the Trans–West African Coastal Highway. (en)
