The third tallest skyscraper and the second tallest residential skyscraper in St. Petersburg is Signature Place standing at a height of 116.1 m (381 ft) with 36 stories and 243 residential units. The Signature Place tower has been credited for being a major transition in St. Petersburg modern architecture and surviving the financial crisis of 2008's house market crash.
