Nice right hander, tends to work on the incoming tide. Not as good at low tide and look out for a chunk of the reef that can be close to the water's surface at low tide. If you surf over it you might knock out a fin or two. On its day, can be one of the best breaking rights on the mid coast.
Turn left off Bowering Hill Rd, just before Tuitt Rd, and park in the Gulls car park. There's a walking track that leads down the cliff face. Where the track hits the beach, turn right and head north about 30 - 40m.
Parking is free. Unfortunately, because the car park is quite isolated, cars can get broken into easily so don't leave valuables in your car.
Go snorkelling around the reef there or climb up Gulls rock (which is 40m north of the surf spot) and do some jumping/diving.
