General Description

Everything varies alot, so do not expect to go there and get good waves, i've alot of time on this island and probably about 50% of that time there were good waves. Best time of year would be Sep/Oct/Nov and Feb/March
Low season it's too dangerous to surf because of the massive current and very foamy waves.

How to get there

It's on the Aow yai beach, its a 3 km beach and getting there from the pier is not difficult.

Access & Parking Info / Cost

Several beach resorts where you can pay a minimum of 250 - 500 baht depending on the time of year, up to 2000 - 5000 baht for a air conditioned family house. About 4 resorts are renting out surf boards for a pretty cheap price.
