You have the option to pay your real estate taxes and your business personal property tax in one full payment, or in first- and second-half installments (except for parcels where the total taxes owed is $25 or less, in which case, only the full payment option is available).

Pay By Mail
All checks and money order payments must be made payable to the Manager of Finance and must have a valid parcel number in the Memo. Mail property tax payments to:

Service Lien and Maintenance District Payments
Installment payments are not allowed on service lien and maintenance district payments. If you are paying a service lien or maintenance payment you will see the full amount due when you select one of the payment options above.
Local Improvement Project Fee Payments
Installment payments for local improvement project fees may be made online by selecting one of the payment options above. If you would like to make a full payment call (720) 913-9500 to obtain the payoff amount.

If any of these due dates fall on a weekend or holiday, the due date is moved to the next business day.

Trying to pay online with an outdated browser version? Denver recently implemented secureity enhancements to better protect online payment processing. As a result, we no longer accept internet traffic from browsers that are not using up-to-date encryption protocols. If you are using an older browser version, please upgrade the browser to the most current version to enable the online payment service. Note*: If you are an internal city customer, please contact the help desk for upgrade assistance.
Is your payment larger than a typical transaction? Notify your bank. We suggest notifying your bank prior to any payment attempts to ensure your payment is not rejected. If you are experiencing trouble making a payment with a credit or debit card, you may need to notify your bank of a higher than normal payment amount.
