Overview
I am working on project running Airflow on MWAA in region ap-southeast-1
and AWS RDS running in region ap-souhteast-7.

The MWAA connect to RDS using IAM authentication method. Unfortunately, it keeps throw me unauthorize.
I tried debugging in testing environment and checking which part of connection was incorrect.

I found that part of generate iam token is not allowed us to use specific region.
So, what I just add is add extracting region_name from kwargs, then use it as region parameter in generate token function.
