Motivation

BAHRA is a curated database of human settlements of Argentina made from differents areas of the Argentine Goverment. It can be very useful to match with existing wikidata items and to create some missing items. The url is the best I found using BAHRA id as parameter. ~~Sadly the URL only works for Localties (not Entities like Saavedra example, nor Antartic Bases or "Parajes"). May be we cant just not add the URL.~~ I changed the URL to an API from Datos Abiertos that works also with Antartic Bases and Parajes.
