Put the resulting solution into the ultralow temperature freezer (-80[degrees]C) for two days to prefreeze and then it was freeze-dried at -50[degrees]C for 48 h to obtain the water-decocting extract, which is always called crude polysaccharide [29, 30].

In Column (5), we compare the average of the annual employee growth rates in three years postfreeze with the average over three years prefreeze. The t-tests (of the means) and Wilcoxon signed-rank tests (of the medians) indicate that the employee growth rates either increase (Columns (2)-(4)) relative to the base year or do not change significantly (Columns (1) and (5)).
