RIGA, Aug 14 (LETA) The Latvian National Electronic Mass Media Council (NEPLP) has detected a hate speech against Latvian President Egils Levits on May 30 during a news program at Russian-registered TV channel Rossiyskiy Informatsaionnyy Kanal (Rossiya 24).

The programming block is headlined by its news and commentary programs as "One Balita, " the noontime daily news program hosted by Raffy Tulfo and Jamie Herrell; and primetime news "Sa Totoo Lang" with Cheryl Cosim and Jove Francisco.
