Role of QA/QC Department in 3 organization: To promote and build quality within all departments of the organization by setting the Quality Policy, objectives, Standard operating procedures for all the departments to ensure the superior quality product or services has been delivered to customer.
QA /QC Department will establish the QMS ( Quality Management System )
within the organization in line with ISO 9001:2015.

Quality management is essential for customer satisfaction which eventually
leads to customer loyalty and ensures the increased revenues and higher productivity for the organization.
The fundamental components of a Quality Management System are Quality
Control and Quality Assurance.
