Hello, my name is Vishwa S. I currently work as a .NET Developer here in


Chennai. Originally from Karaikudi, I've spent the last eight months here,
which has allowed me to blend cultural diversity with adaptability in my
professional life.

I have completed a Bajoler vocational Degree in at Alagappa University and


have developed strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, ASP.NET, and SQL
Server.

In my role, I specialize in C#, ASP.NET WebAPI, and ASP.NET WebMVC, with


8 months of experience. At Natobotics, I actively contributed to ASP.NET
(API & MVC) and C# web application development, ensuring software
quality and meeting project deadlines.

My hobbies include playing cricket, exercising, and listening to songs.Thank


you for this opportunity to introduce myself.

why do you leave your current job ;

Sir, it's a career move. I have learned a lot from my last job, but now I am
looking for new challenges to broaden my horizons and to gain a new
skill-set.

Working with my current organization has been a great experience..I am


seeking new challenges and opportunities for growth in my career.
This role aligns perfectly with my professional aspirations and offers the
chance to contribute effectively to a dynamic team,

I've gained much from my last job, but now I'm seeking new challenges to
expand my perspectives and gain an entirely new set of skills.

I would say that one of my weaknesses is being an introvert, which
occasionally hinders my commitment in group settings. However, I am
actively improving my communication skills and looking for opportunities
to be involved in group activities.
Overthinking;
I'm currently addressing my tendency to overthink tasks by refining my
prioritization skills and seeking feedback for better decision-making.

why did choose the IT field ;

I switched from a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Financial


Services to IT because I noticed technology's rising importance in
finance. My interest in computer mathematics from high school
played a role, and seeing technology's integration in finance
during my undergraduate studies motivated me to pursue IT. I
wanted to use my skills to innovate and contribute to the
industry's dynamic advancements.

What did you Understand in Your BFFs ;

Fundamentals of banking:
Learning about the history, functions, and types of banks.
Financial products and services:
Understanding different financial instruments such as loans, deposits,
mutual funds, insurance, etc.
Banking operations:
Studying the day-to-day operations of banks, including account
opening, deposit handling, loan processing, etc.
Risk management:
Learning about assessing and mitigating various types of risks in
banking and financial services.
Regulatory environment:
Understanding the regulatory framework governing banks and financial
institutions.
Financial markets:
Exploring different financial markets such as money market, capital
market, forex market, etc.
Customer relationship management:
Developing skills in managing customer relationships and providing
quality service.
Financial analysis:
Learning techniques for analyzing financial statements, evaluating
investment opportunities, etc.

Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?


Of course After five years, I anticipate having gained significant skills and
knowledge, positioning myself well within my workplace. I foresee the
possibility of assuming roles such as team leader, VIP, or even manager.

How do you handle stress, pressure, and anxiety?


Under pressure and stress, I usually utilize my soft skills and handle every
situation calmly. I also perform physical exercises and mind relaxing
activities like meditation to deal with work stress and pressure.

Would you like to work overtime or odd hours?

of course , I will like . I understand that putting extra effort impacts the
company's development, so I'm happy. If it means I'm contributing to the
company, I'll be glad to contribute.

What is your dream company like?

There is nothing like that. The office I work in is my dream office. There is
no use in thinking of other offices.
Assume you are hired, then how long would you expect to work for us?

"I will do my best for the growth of your company as long as I have the
career growth, job satisfaction, respect and a healthy environment, then I
don't need to change my company."

How would you rate yourself on a scale of 1 to 10?


Possible Answer 1

I will rate myself 8 out of 10 because I would never like to think that there should be a room
left for putting in more efforts. That thought will create an interest in learning the things.

What is your objective in life?

"My short-term goal is to work in a reputed organization like yours where I can
enhance my technical skills and knowledge.

My long-term goal is to see the company at a topmost position where I am one


of the people responsible for that."

"It depends on the situation if my lie creates a positive impact on the company
and It was useful for many people, then I will lie."
