Please use the following URL to register onto the School Management System :

https://sms.stjosephcollegett.com/public/parentreg.php

2. Fill out all the information and then put in the code provided by the teacher into the Child ID
field and then click register.
3. Once Registered you will be redirected to the following login page
https://sms.stjosephcollegett.com/login.php

which you will then use your email and the following password : sjcparent
please ensure that the dropdown is set to parent.
4. Once logged in you can navigate to My Profile and finish adding any missing information.
5. Navigate to the children tab in your profile . It will show the children linked to your account, you
can set your relation and then click on the child’s name to access their profile

6. On the child’s profile you can navigate around to view different information about your child
and edit any missing information .
7. To access the report for the child navigate to the report card tab and select the class , type ,
year and term from the drop down and then submit .
