Title: SSS (SIEP Soft Skills) Program
Introduction:
In today's rapidly evolving workplace, not only technical skills are sufficient for achieving success; but soft
skills play an equally crucial role. Recognizing this, we propose the launch of the SIEP Soft Skills (SSS)
Program aimed at equipping participants with essential non-technical skills. This program will enhance
their employability and effectiveness in various professional settings.
Program Overview:
The SSS Program will focus on five key areas of development:
1. Basic Graphic Design
2. AI Prompting
3. Business Writing
4. Public Speaking
5. Leadership and Teamwork
6. Lifelong Learning Attitude

Program Delivery:
These skills were chosen due to their broad application across multiple industries and their impact on
enhancing individual and organizational performance.
Implementation Strategy: The program will be delivered through a series of structured activities designed
to maximize participant engagement and learning:
• Workshops:
Interactive sessions led by industry experts to introduce each skill and provide hands-on practice.
• Activities:
Practical activities that encourage application of skills in real-world scenarios, such as group projects and
role-plays.
• Courses:
Formal courses will be offered, both in-person and online, to provide comprehensive knowledge and
insights into each area.
• Competition:
Skill-based competitions will be organized to promote healthy competition among participants,
encouraging them to apply their new skills in a competitive environment.
• Peer Discussion:
Regularly scheduled discussion sessions among peers to share learning experiences, challenges, and
insights.

Program Schedule and Duration:


The program is designed to be completed over the course of one year, starting from June 2024 to July 2024.
Each skill area will be addressed over a period of two months with ongoing activities and periodic

Expected Outcomes:
Participants will:

• Gain practical skills in basic graphic design.


• Learn effective business communication techniques.
• Enhance their public speaking capabilities.
• Develop leadership qualities and effective teamwork strategies.
• Adopt a mindset for lifelong learning.

Assessment and Certification: Assessment will be continuous through:

• Practical assignments and projects.


• Presentations and public speaking engagements.
• Peer and instructor feedback.

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a Certificate of Achievement which
will testify to their newly acquired soft skills and their readiness to apply these skills professionally.
Budget:
A detailed budget will be prepared, outlining costs associated with instructors, materials, venues,
technology support, and administrative expenses. Funding will be sought through [source of funding], and
