Results of Anova Excel

1. Comparing employee performance evaluations across three distinct training


programs (basic, intermediate, and advanced) is the aim of this research.

1. The test's mean score was 86.3, and its standard deviation was 5.08.
2. To compare the means of the three groups, we ran a one-way ANOVA.A one-way
ANOVA showed that the teaching strategy had a substantial impact on test
performance (F=326.84, p < 0.001).
3. The basic group scored considerably higher than the Advanced (p < 0.001) and
Intermediate (p < 0.01) groups, according to the Tukey's HSD post hoc test.
Compared to the typical lecture group, the flipped classroom group scored much
higher (p < 0.05).
4. The results of the Shapiro-Wilk test are 0.9974, p value = 0.158 > 0.05.
Consequently, the residual hypothesis's normalcy is satisfied.
5. In addition, the Levene test yielded a sroce of 23.2985 and a p value of 1.185,
indicating a violation of the homogeneity of variances assumption.
