PRELIMENARIES:
MC 1: Welcome ladies and gentlemen to +++++++++++++ Recognition of the
school year 2022-2023.

PROCESSIONAL:
MC 2: Ladies and gentlemen, let us welcome, the Awardees with their parents.
MC 1: Let us give a round of applause to the Teachers and Staff. Followed by the
CDSA Administrators.
MC 2: Pandemic has changed the course of every individual’s life. Adjustment has
been a huge challenge for everyone- way of living and surviving, of learning,
moving forward to a wider horizon and adopting to the drastic changes in the
society.
MC 1: But despite all these challenges and changes, there are stories of success to
look forward to and be grateful of and one of those is the story of students who
thrived and survived school with laurel leaves on their heads because of their
perseverance, dedication, and determination to hurdle the uncertainties of hybrid
learning.
MC 2: Their path was never easy. Today marks the reaping of the fruits of our High
School students’ immeasurable hard work/ as they receive acknowledgement
through this year’s virtual Recognition Rites.
MC 1: We shall give full recognition and acknowledgement to the dedication of the
students from Grade 7 to Grade 11 who pushed their boundaries and gave their best
to achieve distinction and to stand out among their batchmates.

INTRODUCTION:
MC 2: “Education is not received. It is achieved.” A quotation fit for this occasion
especially to all students here who will receive their certificates and awards this
afternoon.
MC 1: This time of the month is one of the most awaited months on the part of the
students as well as their parent. These students who gave their very best to achieve
something they dreamed of and most specially to make their parents proud; and
also, to the proud parents who gave their greatest effort and support to their
children, who struggle with them physically, emotionally, and of course financially
in these trying times.
I. INVOCATION and PHILIPPINE NATIONAL ANTHEM
MC 2: Let us formally start this recognition rites by invoking God’s blessing and
guidance. May I request everybody to please stand and have a moment of silence as
we remember that we are in the most holy, and loving presence of our God, may I
call on+++++++++++++, of grade 9- St. Gianna Berreta Molla, With High Honors,
to lead our invocation, and please remain standing for the Philippine National
Anthem.
MC 1: You may now take your seats.
II. WELCOME REMARKS:
MC 1: Again, good afternoon. Today is the milestone that marks the culmination of
all the hard work that our learners have poured out for almost a year. This is the day
that we, the faculty and staff, your parents, relatives, and friends gather with you to
celebrate your academic achievement and success.
MC2: Recognition Day is one of the most significant date in our academic calendar
for this is the day that our students can finally say to themselves, “I have nailed it
and my industry and consistency of prioritizing my education are well paid off.”
MC 1: And now, let us have on stage, ++++++++++, With Highest Honors of
GRADE 11- STEM, to give her Welcome Address.
MC 2: Thank you so much ++++++++++++++ for that welcoming message. Let’s
give her a round of applause!
III. INSPIRATIONAL MESSAGE:
MC 2: True expression consists in saying all that is inspirational, thought-filling and
nothing more.
MC 1: To mark this significant event, let us all welcome our school director, +++++
++++++++++++ as he imparts his words of wisdom to our year-end academic
achievers.
MC 2: Thank you very much ++++++++++ for those inspiring and enlightening
words.
IV. AWARDING OF MEDALS TO HONOR STUDENTS

MC 2: Just a few reminder before we proceed to the awarding. Turn your phones

MC1: Today, we shall be giving special recognition to those students who have
exerted effort in maintaining the standard of quality in Academic and Non-academic
aspects; have demonstrated excellent craftsmanship at all tasks; and have shown
exemplary good behavior during this academic school year, 2022-2023.
MC2: Without further ado, let us move on to the most awaited part of this event, the
presentation of the awardees. At this juncture, to award the medals and certificates
of recognition to our honor students, may we request ++++++++++++++++++ to
confer the certificates to our awardees for our honor students.
GRADE 7
MC 1: And at this point, we will now proceed to the awarding ceremony. We will
start giving the awards to the Grade 7 students. May we request ++++++++++++++
++++++ to assist in the distribution of medals and certificates.
MC2: Let us begin with the awardee for Batang Genyo of the Class Award for
Grade 7:
MC2: Next is Best in Performing Arts. Best in Performing Arts is given to the
student who demonstrate confidence and dedication in performing art. This award is
given to:
MC 1: Best in Sports (Volleyball Boys). This award will be given to student who’s
an official and active athlete of the school, and also demonstrated sportsmanship
and exemplary behavior in all sports activities. This award will be given to:
MC2: Next is the Perfect Attendance Award. Perfect Attendance will be given to
students who are perfect in attendance and have no records like cutting classes and
tardiness for the whole year.
The awardees from grade 7 are the ff:
MC 1: At this point, we would like to recognize the roster of students who
conducted themselves in conformity with the standards and norms of various
learning areas set by the institution and the Department of Education and have
attained an average of atleast 90% and with no grade below 85% and have
consistently shown desirable habits and exemplary behavior. Thus, these are the
awardees of the Scholastic Awards for General Excellence.
MC 1: Let us now proceed to award the students WITH HIGH HONORS. These
are the students who have attained an average of atleast 95% and with no grade
below 85% and have consistently shown desirable habits and exemplary behavior.

MC2: That concludes the Grade 7 awarding. Congratulations students! We will now
proceed with Grade 8 awardees.
MC1: These are the students who will receive their Special Recognition:

MC1: Now, the moment that we have been waiting for, ladies and gentlemen,
presenting the recipients of General Academic Excellence Award With HIGHEST
Honors, this is the students who have attained an average of atleast 98% and with
no grade below 85% and have consistently shown desirable habits and exemplary
behavior. the awardees of the Scholastic Awards for General Excellence with
Highest Honors:
GRADE 9
MC2: Congratulations Grade 8 awardees. We will now proceed with Grade 9
awardees. We will start with students with Special Recognition.
MC2: Let us now proceed with the Grade 11 Awardees for Special Awards.
MC1: Here are the students who will receive the Academic Awards for Grade 11.
V. CLOSING PRAYER
MC 2: Our program has come to an end, but the journey of our students still
continues. Let us ask the Lord to bless us as we set out for a new adventure. May

VI. RECESSIONAL
MC2: Education doesn’t stop the day you receive your award; it is only
a beginning to do better. This day serves as a motivation for you. Our highest hope
is that you will continue such success and will succeed in the near future.
