GRADUATION SCRIPT

Emcee: A radiant morning to all. Today we mark an exceptional day in


our calendar as we celebrate the tireless journey of our learners.
Welcome to the 46th Graduation (Completion) Rites of Francia
Elementary School with the theme, “Kabataang Pilipino Para sa Matatag
na Kinabukasan ng Bagong Pilipinas.”
Ladies and gentlemen, The Processional.
I. Processional:
Candidates for Graduation, Parents, Faculty & Staff, Division
Representatives, PTA Officials and Guests
(Let us welcome the stakeholders in education – SPTA officers, and
Barangay Officials. Also, the pillars of this institution, the faculty, and
staff of Francia Elementary School, together with the honored guest and
division representative, Ma’am Tita V. Agir, CID Chief of SDO Ligao City.)
II. Philippine National Anthem, Ligao City Hymn and Prayer
Emcee: Now, let us pay homage to our beloved nation and divine grace
as we unite in the singing of the Philippine National Anthem and Ligao
City Hymn, to be led by Ma’am Karen Ann M. Capil, Francia ES Grade 4
Adviser followed by the invocation by Francine Janine M. Pavia,
candidate for graduation/completion and with high honors.
III. Welcome Address
Emcee: You may now take your seats.
To formally welcome us all to this ceremony, may we invite Rhiana
Jade F. Pesino, candidate for graduation/completion, with high honors,
and Rank 4 in Paulba NHS STE Program Entrance Exam, for the words of
welcome. A round of applause, please.
IV. Presentation of Candidates for Graduation
 Acceptance and Confirmation of Graduates
Emcee: Thank you, Rhiana Jade. And now the most significant moment
in every graduation/completion ceremony has come. May we call on
Ma’am Anna Lisa P. Alaba, our School Head, for the presentation of the
candidates for graduation/completion. This is to be followed by the
acceptance and confirmation by our CID Chief, Ma’am Tita V. Agir.
V. INTRODUCTION OF KEYNOTE SPEAKER:

Emcee: Success is not final. All we need is courage and resiliency to


continue; and inspiration to move forward. At this juncture, may I call
on Maam Mercideth P. Ogayon, Grade 6 Adviser to introduce our
Keynote speaker.

VI. INSPIRATIONAL MESSAGE OF MAM TITA

VII. AFTER THE MESSAGE…./awarding of cert and token

Emcee: Thank you Ma’am for your words of inspiration. Despite the
limitations and various challenges, our graduates/completers have
proven that excellence is never impossible with hard work and
determination. This time around, we would like to take this opportunity
to present this certificate of appreciation and token to our Keynote
Speaker. May we invite once again Ma’am Tita V. Agir, to be assisted
by our School Head, Ma’am Anna Lisa P. Alaba, for the awarding of

VIII. Distribution of Diplomas and Awards to the Graduates

Emcee: Thank you very much Ma’am Agir and Ma’am Alaba.

Today marks another milestone in our graduates/completers’


academic journey. At this point, the graduates/completers will receive
their certificate of completion/certification, special awards and medals.

With this, may we invite the Grade 6 Adviser, Ma’am Mercideth P.


Ogayon, to present the diplomas and awards, to be assisted by CID
Chief, Ma’am Tita V. Agir, Ma’am Anna Lisa P. Alaba, and Brgy. Capt.
Welfredo Q. Buates.

IX. WORDS OF GRATITUDE
Emcee: Every success is built on the support and kindness of others.
Let’s welcome Nikka Brielle P. Juarez, with High Honors, to express
gratitude on behalf of the graduating class.

Thank you so much for sharing your stories behind this remarkable
success. Again, Congratulations!

X. PLEDGE OF LOYALTY

This time, the SELG Vice-President SY 2023-204 and with High Honors,
Chrishyll Ann P. Palcon, will lead the graduates to the pledge of loyalty to

XI. ALUMNI OATH


Emcee: To the completers/graduates, please remain standing for the
deliberation of Alumni Oath. May we call on Mrs. Rea F. Pesino, Francia
ES Alumna, to lead the class for the oath-taking.

XII. GRADUATION/Completion SONG

Emcee:
The essence of cherishing the present moment and transforming it
into a lasting memory is an important phase in our lives. With a clear
and vivid picture of a carefree and joyful experience, our
graduates/completers are completely immersed in the beauty of their
surroundings and the company of their loved ones, friends, and
classmates.
Ladies and gentlemen, let us listen to the graduates/completers as
they sing "Moments to Memories" by Adeline Hill.

XIII. Closing, Acknowledgement, Announcements

Emcee: To formally close our program and acknowledge the support


from our stakeholders, let us all lend our ears to the closing message
and acknowledgment of our School Head, Ma’am Anna Lisa P. Alaba. A
big hand please.

(Thank you Ma’am. Indeed, this event would not be a success without
the support and encouragement each of you contributed. Thank you
very much. A big round of applause to everyone please.)

XIV. RECESSIONAL:

Emcee: To all the graduates/completers, and parents, congratulations.


This day calls for celebration. Thank you for gracing this momentous
occasion with us.

Dear graduates/completers, may this moment elevate to the status of


memories, transcending the past and present, and becoming an integral
part of your future. Again, our congratulations!
