MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA)

This Memorandum of Agreement entered into by and between Dacongcogon Elementary School
represented by CELSO G. GRACIADAS, JR. , Principal-I, as party of the First Part and AJJ Ventures
represented by JOELILA G. AGBAY, Proprietor, as the Party of the Second Part.

Whereas, the following provisions and stipulations indicated hereunder are duly and voluntarily
agreed by both parties, to wit;

1. Donate Trash Cans and Covid Prevention Related Materials to to be used of Dacongcogon
Elementary School in the preparation for the Face to Face classes.
2. That both parties agreed to tie up partnership in school and community activities for public
service.

Signed this Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) this 5 TH day of September 2022 at Dacongcogon
Elementary School, Barangay Tapi, Kabankalan City.
