Capacity Building for Project Transforming the Youth Through Values
Education—TrYVE; Introducing School Based PPAs Geared Towards Students’ Moral Character Development

1. Letter d of Section 3 of the Republic Act 11476 states that Character
Building Activities shall mean actual and authentic learning activities wherein the character of the learner is formed, shaped, and/or built-up.
Thus Values Education is an essential element of whole-person
education which aims at fostering students' proper values and attitudes through the learning and teaching of various Key Learning Areas/subjects and the provision of relevant learning experiences.
On this ground, it is to develop students' ability to identify the values
embedded, analyze objectively and make reasonable judgement in different issues they may encounter at different developmental stages so that they could take proper action to deal with the challenges in their future life thus;
The Department of Education, Schools Division of Bulacan, through the
Curriculum Implementation Division, shall conduct the Capacity Building for Project Transforming the Youth Through Values Education —TrYVE; Introducing School Based PPAs Geared Towards Students’ Moral Character Development on January 19, 20 and 27 2024 at Villa Emmanuela, Poblacion, Plaridel, Bulacan.

Capacitate Values Education Teachers of Both Elementary and Secondary on PPAs Geared Towards Students’ Moral character Development via Project TrYVE. 2.2. Enhance EsP teachers ability to facilitate extra and co-curricular activities that aim to enhance and develop learner character and morals. 2.3. Reiterate the Values Integration in all Learning Areas as per DepEd Order No.41 s. 2003. 2.4. To be able to meaningfully integrate values development in the lessons of every teacher in each discipline; 2.5. Enhance Values Education for Parents or Parenting during PTA Meetings or Stakeholders Assembly. 2.6. Conduct a quarterly Division Search for Best TrYVE implementer.
3. The participants in this training are 33 Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao
District Advisers, 105 Secondary School Teachers of Values Education 7 Secondary Values Education Head Teachers, 5 Secondary Values Education Master Teachers. 4. Enclosure No. 1 is the training matrix, resource speakers, list of participants, and work committees for reference. 5. All expenses incidental to the conduct of this capacity building shall be charged against Division INSET Funds while incidental expenses of the participants shall be charged from local or school/MOOE funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing procedure. 6. This memorandum will serve as the travel authority of participants. 7. Immediate dissemination and compliance with this memorandum are desired.
