of Science in Information Technology at STI College of General Santos. They possess

the perseverance to learn new things related to their courses and improve their skills

and talents for better service to our future clients.

Moreover, Arpon, Zyl is our company's principal and pride who has the

background experiences and knowledge in Application and Web development. And, to

Lingat, Carlo, Galvez, Hance Henley and Solis Ed Jayboy, ICT students who have

expertise in networking, hardware services, and an NC2 passer. And to Vicencio, Erika

Herriet, Velasco, Gelline and Paalisbo, Hannah, who had experience in handling

brainstorming, staff control and public communications in Highschool to College. Thus,

we can guarantee better services to our clients with the principal's background.

Nature of Business

The QR Code Smart Attendance aims to serve clients outstanding service as

monitoring system with the use of unique ID number that generates QR Code for

owner’s monitoring. This service shall benefit the company owners mainly located in

General Santos City. Many owners are struggling to handle and monitor their staffs’

time of arrival and attendances, there have been instances in which some employees

are being deceitful to their working areas and owner’s have troubles distributing proper

salary amount.

Attendance and monitoring are one of the priorities of one business of company

owner. TechSmart’s QR Code Smart Attendance aims to deliver easier, engaging, and

interesting attendance monitoring system. TechSmart’s QR Code Smart Attendance is a

General Santos City-based attendance-monitoring service, ensuring clients with easier

and less hassle monitoring.

Statement of Financing need

Money is heavily engaged whenever we start a firm since money flows through

business and is one of the reasons why it exists. Additionally, the QR Code Smart
Attendance need funds to assist the firm develop, expand, and survive. A functional

computer, a server, and a good internet connection were required for TechSmart's QR

Code Smart Attendance. In addition, further information about the financial

requirements may be found in the next chapter.

students' or employees’ attendance during the event that they are assigned. The source

code is very strict on when a can staff checks attendance and display the result.

Contactless & Safe with features like virtual ID cards to ensure employees’ safe return

to work. Highly Secure for their data’s having permission and custom approval flows to

keep data secure, compliant and if needed, confidential.

Sites. We are going to use social media marketing strategy which has a high potential in

promoting it to business owners or citizens that might be interested in our product.

below. His right hand will most likely be the administrative director, who will also serve
